Generally between 24 and 48 hours after the inspection, depending on workload. The “urgent report guaranteed within 24h” option is available as an add-on for +49 CHF.
Any refusal is clearly noted in the report. A seller who refuses a professional inspection is already in itself a serious warning sign to take into account in your decision.
No, that is the whole point of the service. You send me the listing, I handle the contact with the seller, the appointment scheduling and the inspection. You stay at home and receive the report in your inbox.
